Allen joined Haddow & Company in November 2018. He has worked on a diverse range of real estate consulting assignments, including feasibility and highest and best use studies, as well as acquisition and disposition counseling. Prior to joining Haddow & Company, he gained experience in software sales. Active in the community, Allen currently serves on the board of directors of the Kennesaw State University Alumni Association and as President of the Iota Mu Chapter of Delta Sigma Phi Alumni Corporation Board. Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Political Affairs Committee.

Allen is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. He received a B.B.A. degree in Management from Kennesaw State University in 2018.
